The time to act is now.

The theme for this card deck design that was created was Save The Arctic. The focus was to depict animals that live in the Arctic in a way that brings awareness to the fact that these animals are endangered due to climate change.

The meaning behind the animals

The animals that were picked to showcase were an emperor penguin, a polar bear, a baby harp seal and a walrus.

The King

The emperor penguin was used as the King because they are the largest type of penguin and they are also known for their stately demeanour.

The Queen

The polar bear was used as the Queen because they are confident, prudent, and highly intelligent. Also, they are known for being very protective and loveable mothers.

The Jack

The baby harp seal was used as the Jack because they are an imaginative and enthusiastic animal. Also, they are known for being heavily protected by their parents from making mistakes and from getting into danger.

The Joker

Lastly, the walrus was used as the Joker because of their goofy appearance and happy-go-lucky personality. They are extremely sociable creatures and are seen as one of the most emblematic species of the Arctic.

All of the animals were placed with an iceberg background. This was done to create depth and develop the theme. Furthermore, the iceberg shape was used to produce flow for the inverse of each animal.
